Mark Gremler

Mark Gremler is one of the Midwest's best-known and respected Financial Planners. He has consistently acquired more than $30 million in new assets per year. Mark not only maintains a thriving practice but is compelled to give back to the industry through coaching and mentoring other professionals.

Mark started as a Career agent in the early 90's. Since then, he has moved into advanced fields of financial planning. Mark has strategically aligned himself with the industry's top insurance carriers and one of the industry's leading investment firms. Mark has also been able to acquire the use of proprietary products for his agents in the Billion Dollar Mentoring program. Today Mark operates his own registered investment advisory firm in Des Moines, Iowa. His home offices are in Iowa's historic Balmoral Castle as seen to the left. This mansion, built in the late 1800's, is the location of Mark's practice, seminar rooms, and is home to the Billion Dollar Mentoring training facility.

Clark Buss

Clark Buss is our Marketing Director for Billion Dollar Mentoring. His focus is to ensure producers continually receive the highest level of service, value and support through the program. “Our #1 job is to help producers reach a higher level of success through Billion Dollar Mentoring. We strive every day to offer timely and relevant sales ideas and tools that enhance marketing efforts”.

Clark is an Iowa native. He graduated from the University of Iowa, in Iowa City, with a BBA in Marketing in 1990. Clark has spent his entire career in the financial services field, specializing in retirement plan marketing, business development and key account management. He holds both Series 6 and FLMI designations. Clark says, “Gremler Financial Group’s family culture, entrepreneurial spirit and broad expertise is a unique and appealing combination for both employees and clients. I’m privileged to be able to use my skills and passions to help others succeed.”

Clark resides in Clive, IA with his wife and two daughters. He and his family are active in their local congregation and share a common focus on health and fitness by working out and participating in a variety of outdoor activities including tennis, running, biking and soccer.

Andrew Jensen

Andrew S. Jensen, Marketing Coach, joined Billion Dollar Mentoring in early 2009. His duties include marketing assistance, keeping our members informed on laws, rules and regulations in the insurance industry, product updates and a wide degree of technical support. Mr. Jensen works directly with the agents in advanced case design through communicating with agents, insurance companies and our support staff.

Andrew has a bachelor's degree in marketing from Upper Iowa University. He began his career in the insurance industry in 2007 with a major insurance company where he worked in both the client services and marketing departments. He is also a licensed insurance agent for the state of Iowa.

Becky Lacy

Becky Lacy, Executive Assistant to the President, has worked with Gremler Financial Group since 2000. She serves as the appointment setter for the financial advisors in the office. Becky also coordinates all educational programs and any other public speaking engagements for Mr. Gremler.

Becky is a self-starter. She has the initiative and competitive drive to get things done. Becky was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. She is part of a large, close-knit family. This is probably why she feels so great working for Gremler Financial Group – it’s like working with family! Becky attended Dowling High School, where she was involved in basketball, softball, track and cheerleading.

Becky has two children who are active in sports. She and her family enjoy bowling, riding bikes, watching movies, miniature golf, playing at the park, BBQ, reading books and anything that involves being outdoors.

Jennifer Neyens

Jennifer is the Graphic Design Manager for Clark Street Printing and Design. She coordinates and designs all printed and online materials for Gremler Financial Group and Billion Dollar Mentoring. Jennifer enjoys working for Gremler Financial Group because it allows her to be creative and help others achieve their goals.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2004 with a BA in art, emphasis graphic design. Since then, she has worked as a designer for a printing company and a small not-for-profit association, where she established a consistent brand and successful marketing scheme. In addition to her position at Clark Street Printing and Design, Jennifer owns her own design and photography studio in Ames, Iowa.

Jennifer enjoys spending time with her niece and nephews, photographing anything and everything that inspires her, and helping small companies grow and succeed through smart design and marketing. She has an ever-growing collection of photography and design books, is a member of the Art Director’s Association of Iowa, Professional Photographers of Iowa, and Young Professionals of Ames.
